Interscholastic Sports
James River Eagles Home School Athletics - The James River Eagles are members of the Virginia Home School Athletic Association (VHSAA) which consists of home school organizations from state of Virginia.
The James River Eagles are growing and we invite you to join our family! For the upcoming school year, we are offering the following interscholastic (competitive) sports for home school boys and girls in middle school and high school: Basketball, Cross Country, and Soccer. Girls Volleyball and new for 2024-2025 boys Baseball. Registration for all sports is July 1st.

Fall Sports - Boys Soccer, Boy's Volleyball, Girls Volleyball, and Cross Country for Boys & Girls - official practices begin in August and the season ends by early November

Winter Sports - Girls & Boys Basketball - Pre-season skill development starts in September and the official season begins in November and runs through March

Spring Sports - Boys Baseball and Girls Soccer - official season begins in March
We also offer off-season skill development and some developmental programs for younger students; in addition as we have coaches and facilities we offer recreational basketball and recreational volleyball for middle to high school students.
